These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the entire legal agreement between you ("the Player") and m9999 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). Your account balance is held in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). All deposits, withdrawals and game stakes are denominated in PKR. There are no currency conversion steps on m9999 — what you deposit is what appears in your account balance.

m9999 reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit if there is reason to suspect fraudulent activity, misuse of a payment method or a violation of these Terms. In such cases, any associated account activity may be reviewed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals on m9999 are processed in PKR and returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure and applies to all players regardless of account history.

To submit a withdrawal request, your account must be fully verified. If your account has not yet been verified, you will be prompted to complete identity verification before the withdrawal can proceed. This is a one-time process and does not delay future withdrawals once completed.

Withdrawal processing timelines are as follows:

• JazzCash / Easypaisa: Typically within a few hours of approval
• Raast: Same business day in most cases
• Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank

Withdrawal requests are reviewed before processing. In most cases this is a quick check and does not cause significant delay. Every bonus offered on m9999 comes with specific terms. These terms are displayed clearly at the point of claiming the offer and include:

Slot games use certified random number generation (RNG) to determine outcomes. Each spin is independent of previous spins. The following actions are strictly prohibited on m9999 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Opening more than one account on the platform
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or verification
• Using stolen, unauthorised or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund an account
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature
• Using any automated software, bot or script to interact with the platform or its games
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Engaging in any form of money laundering activity through the platform
• Threatening, abusing or harassing m9999 staff or other players via any communication channel
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or redistribute any part of the m9999 platform or its software

m9999 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with any of the above. Where prohibited conduct is identified, the account will be suspended pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a violation, the account will be permanently closed and any outstanding balance may be withheld.
